Marinade the chicken in the spices and herbs with some greek yogurt for 24 hours.
Then you make the the sauce. The sauce should be pureed until smooth. You can choose to strain but I usually bypass that step. Cook the chicken in a skillet and add to the sauce. I add both cashews and a little bit of heavy cream to the sauce. Delicous and for the price of going to get a portion of takeout, you have enough for 5-6 meals.
