The Hot Sauce Thread (1 Viewer)

I’ve had a bunch of sauces that are hot and not so hot, but the one I keep coming back to most is the Melinda’s Garlic & Habanero. It’s 4/5 on her hot scale which is perfect to be able to add more or less as I need. I have some sauces that are so hot, only a couple drops make food super hot...so it’s not adding much flavor, just heat.
This Melinda’s is a 12oz bottle so you can use quite a bit, but it still packs a punch.
Plus, I can get it at my supermarket and it’s only 6.99 for 12oz.

Just out of curiosity, what is the best hot sauce that provides good flavor and just a little kick for those that can’t take a lot of heat.
Heat is subjective, but Melinda's Scotch Bonnet is an outstanding combo of flavor and heat without being ridiculous. Personally, I'd rate the heat factor a 5.5 on a scale of 1-10.
