My tracking number now shows the package in transit. ETA 1/13.

Just curious if any cards failed quality control and needed to be redone or sent back to manufacturer?
I’ve seen multiple ones that aren’t exactly lined up correctly or at least what I saw on the proof so I’ve taken note of that.

Do you think I should send those back or just send them out to people at this point? I’d much rather have the person get it instead of delaying this more.

I’m going to talk to the manufacturer though, 100%. Because the alignment I can tell is just done by a press or machine and then as long as the artwork is there they passed it as good. They didn’t take into consideration equal spacing on all sides or anything like that.

It's an inherent risk with centered designs, and IMO something designer/us should have been aware of up front vs manufacturer issue as their bleed/trim zones are there for this reason. But if the shift is more than those zones, then cause for a note back.

Send em! But good to document.

My guess is that they will chalk up anything with less than 1/8” of center as being within their quality control and cite their request for a 1/8” allowance on all sides.

Unless there is a gross misrepresentation of color or more than a 1/4” centering issue I wouldn’t expect to get much traction on the replacement front

I agree 100%. There will always be slight centering issues but as long as nothing is egregious I think they’re good to go!

I’m sure mine with a border around perimeter is one that will look slightly askew and that’s alright with me.

A quick photo to those affected would go a long way. I'd venture some people wouldn't care, others very much would. Really depends on the design and OCD level of the buyer.

I personally do care so that’s why I’ve been taking them into consideration

Going to drop off a bunch of packages now, luckily there’s a post office that’s open later here.

I’ve got some UPS to drop off tomorrow and I’ll have everything else dropped off on Monday.

The labels I created today have been emailed to anyone that didn’t have a tracking number.

I’ve been notified by a few that they’ve received there cut cards already as well.

Never mind it was inside Albertsons and not exactly what I thought it was so Monday morning it is

Does this mean everyone should have received a tracking number by now?

Our label has been created last monday (!) and that info changed into the one below a few hours ago :( I hope that box will be shipped asap ... Oh boy...

I emailed Stefan that I changed the label to a UPS 2nd day air label so it’ll arrive by Wednesday more than likely. Nothing to be worried about

I refunded myself that USPS label, so don’t refer to that

I’m sure that 80% or so of people have received tracking information by now. I know some of the larger orders I’m doing tomorrow.
Four weeks after cut cards received, still no tracking. I have a minimum order for both sizes, so it's not like I'm a larger order.

I haven't received a tracking number yet either, so you aren't alone. But if some people are literally receiving their cards in the mail already then Okku must be making progress and seemingly we shouldn't be too much longer.

Here's mine lol. Shipping label created two weeks ago, but not dropped off at the post office yet.

It could very well be in transit. I had a recent purchase from the ChipRoom that had a similar tracking behavior. It showed ”USPS Awaiting Item” until it was out for delivery. I think it can happen when a bundle of packages are sent from the shipper at the same time.

I know of at least 3 people who have received theirs already. So, yes I am making way on them. My wife has been trying to help me but it’s truly just a one man job as she doesn’t know designs and such.

I’m doing this mainly after work, late into the night trying to not make much noise with tape and such as my son and daughter sleep.

Thanks to those that are patient. I’ll have another batch to drop off tomorrow morning.

Are there an extras / a menu to order from if one wanted to add on before their order ships?

Received mine today. Quantities were slightly off, but not a big deal. Ordered 20 of each, Poker and Bridge sized, received 19 and 23, respectively. Two more than I paid for overall;)

Cards are nice, thicker than I thought they'd be. Nice quality. Thanks @Okku.
Thanks for letting me know that again, I took note but the extra confirmation helps.

I’ll make sure to let the manufacturer know.

I had put 20/20 for each style on your design

For what it’s worth, there were 2 bridge sizes in the stack of poker size. So they may have made a simple mistake there. Which would mean they intended for 1 extra of each size.
Again, it is not a problem from my point of view.
