I just sent another follow up email so I should have an answer in the AM.
Nobody contacted me until about 30 minutes ago because I sent my follow up email. They need a final count per design which I will send today and we are in production.

Not sure why nobody didn’t send any information regarding this before which I’m sure I had given them but I’ll get this handled as soon as possible.
 
Oscar if I were you I would have gone postal on these guys. Holy crap!! Way to swim against the tide my friend. I do not envy you.

Any updates?
I've been going back and forth with someone all week.

At the beginning of the week I had gotten information that an order wasn't even open, made sure that it was still there. Sent bank information showing that I had paid for the order etc etc.

Just sent hopefully my final email to them with questions regarding my excel sheet that I sent to them for all the quantities of cards.

I'll have another answer tomorrow as this rep is very fast and good at communication.
 
This seems very odd to me. You paid for the order, but don't have an order number?
I paid for the order, somehow in their system I guess because it’s been so long they “lost” or “didn’t associate” me with the order. I’m not sure, it’d all resolved now.
 
From my understanding we are in production. I’ve asked twice and haven’t gotten a respond back but that would to me mean that we are.

Let’s let the confusion that has apparently transpired since this message three weeks ago as a lesson to not take a lack of response as confirmation of anything.

@Okku could you please provide an update here? It went from basically all artwork being approved and final to now they can’t find my order and aren’t responding to emails…
I’ll answer when I get home.

Nothing to worry about.

People asked for clarity so that’s what I’m providing.
