These ones were a genuine factory error which made it right through to the casino floor.
A couple exist $25 each side also.

Hello David,
Thank you for the update. Yes, I have looked for the $25 both sides variety for many years,....with no luck. It is interesting that this chip saw years of play without ever being recognized. This chip might have been tough for the accounting department if someone asked for it to be cashed at $25 dollars.

I'm pretty sure I had just the one which I seem to recall I auctioned probably 15 years ago but I do still have some odd chips in my error collection so I'll check just in case.

Odawa Hotel & Casino in Petosky MI - 50 cent casino chip that equals 1/2 cent. Obsolete - taken off the tables in 2014 shortly after issued - the casino realized that the chip value equals 1/2 cent - definitely in error. The chip value is .50¢, when it should have been $.50 or 50¢ with no decimal. Giving it the moniker "The Nano Chip" for nano stakes - with a value of 1/2 cent. The casino now uses "Kennedy" half dollars.

I would have easily overpaid the casino $50 a rack to remove every single last error chip from the premises.
