Here is a cash set of the highly sought after president casino on the admiral chips SECONDARY. Chips are in new/excellent condition, some are even mint.

Set consist of 400 chips in total:

Breakdown:
25c - 150 chips
50c - 50 chips
$1 - 100 chips
$5 - 80 chips
$25 - 20 chips

We will be using the California Pick 3 Daily Lottery numbers to determine the WINNER.(http://www.calottery.com/play/draw-games/daily-3). Each ticket will receive number ranges of equal size determined by the total number of tickets sold.

I will be selling tickets/entries at $30 each for this set. Tickets will be sold until 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time (PDT) on Monday, September 19th or until all slots have been sold out, whichever comes first. A minimum of 37 tickets will need to be sold, with a cap at 40 tickets. If the cap is reached early, numbers will be assigned at that time and the drawing will be held the following day. If the minimum has not been reached prior to the deadline, the deadline will be extended until 37 tickets have been sold, in which case the drawing will be held the following day. If the winning number is an unassigned number, the contest will continue to roll over to the following day's lottery numbers until a winner has been determined.

Contest Rules:

- You may purchase up to 5 tickets/entries.
- FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and TRACKING.
- The winner assumes all risks, however I have made multiple international shipments and an experienced shipper. The chips will be very well packaged.
- The forum time of your posts determines ticket ordering and availability.

Payments can be sent via PayPal 'Friends & Family'. IF USING PAYPAL, PLEASE ENTER YOUR FORUM USERNAME IN THE 'NOTES' FIELD AND NOTHING ELSE! DO NOT ENTER "RAFFLE" OR "PCF" IN THE NOTES AS THESE WORDS CAN FLAG THE PAYMENT FOR REVIEW IN PAYPAL.

PayPal payments should be sent to: [email protected] (the name should say Hung-Ta)

If you have not paid for your entries prior to the drawing, you will not receive any numbers and will not be eligible for the prize.

Good luck everyone!!!

I do certainly understand the final $ is total x contribution
but at the same time a successful rafle need to build momentum maybe 20 is too low but if instead you make the minimum at 30
people have a very strong incentive to flock to the raffle at the begining filling up the 30 fast (because it would be such a good deal)
then the momentum gets you to the fair price of probably 970 (i.e. 32 tickets ) since its what you are offering them for on ebay
and with the set becoming a hot topic you have a chance of going beyond that

instead using smaller bracket its more like setting a price its going to work probably but more slowly and people need to commit to it for a longer time with their money stuck so it creates more risk for buyers and irronicaly hurst seller and anyone should just buy the set right of ebay right away

+ by putting it on ebay ppl who send you money run the risk of no auction and maybe never seeing their money again

my 2 cents

Okay morneplaine, I have already refrained myself from trolling you in the previous post. If you believe that's how a raffle should run perhaps you should just start your own. You are entitled to your opinions but to imply that perhaps I may scam everyone in my post is not appreciated.

If you are concerned you do not have to participate mate.

good luck, would you consider lowering the minimum number of entries ? like 20 ? don t want commit monney and wait for ages

You could express interest in securing a ticket but with your payment pending until all remaining tickets are sold. Simple.

This raffle is well on it's way to selling the minimum number of tickets, it may not be selling as fast as some raffles in the past but I don't think that it is fair comparison. This is a relatively common cash set compared to some of the larger, rare or custom sets that have been auctioned over the past year.

Whether or not you think there is enough value (rarity, condition, suitability of breakdown for your home games, number of chips etc) in this set to justify the purchase price given the number of ticket available, this is entirely up to each forum member to decide. You express this view by either buying a ticket(s) or not buying a ticket. Simple.

I think that this is a fair point. I can't see anywhere that the OP that mentions the right to cancel at anytime or that the chips are for sale elsewhere.

You seem quite suceptible

1) i never implied you were scamming people and i am sorry if you felt like it
2) yes you do as you wish
3) disclosing that the chips are currently for sale i believe is a material fact for your process worthy of disclosure

He's from Quebec. It's habit.
touché :D:D

You sure about that?
correction I never MEANT to impy that he was scamming ppl.
And I will say it again I am sorry if it hurt his feeling/reputation or anything and that is why i presented him with an appology

did not though of it at a personal level just more generally refering to the counterparty risk you always have to assume in a long distance transaction since we were discussion raffle dynamics.

anyway Senor made a great suggestion I am thus expressing interest in securing a ticket or 2 but with payment pending until nearly all remaining tickets are sold.
