I have 10 racks. I’m going murder and customs on my cash set, so having leftover NCVs doesn’t do anything.

I’m keeping between 4-6 racks for cash set. Means 4-6 of these are available.

Ken pricing ($950 racks).

Small bump. Just sharing here as well so non pmers like me know where it’s at.

Privately best I’ve offered so far is 3 racks for $2k with FROR. Again it’s limited to known/trusted folks.

I think part of the problem is the lack of availability of other chips to pair these beauties with. Everyone who would want these would also need a blue chip for a $1, a purple/black/brown for a $20/$25 and something for a frac. maybe green or red. All those other colours seem to be in short supply so people arent prepares to start something they ultimately are going to get no where on. There seems to be enough white chips around but you ultimately run into the same problem trying to find suitable colours to build the rest of the set out of.

The key takeaway i get from all of this is there are far less people interested in playing limit then perhaps there once was and that more people like to talk about having piles of $5s vs actually having the piles of $5s to be able to do so.

Once the PCF group think works out a way to use this chip it might feel like saturation for a little while longer. There are so many opportunities for this chip to be used that Ill happily give out a few suggestions.

- All those people who built paris sets you now have a paris $20.
- All those with ES cash sets who cant find the 20s.l, your new ES $20 awaits you.
- Not happy with the the RPC yellow $20, fret no longer.
- Want a 39mm $20 or a more exciting frac for your AS cash set?
- Missed out on primary fracs for you TP set?

I like em and won’t mind keeping, will have to add some more though.

And at the moment, fo sho there are a ton of these. There are multiple classifieds with them listed, and that’s in addition to the racks still for sale direct from the NAGB. Take off FROR and I’m guessing these sell at $700-750ish.

While the crazy availability is part of it, price certainly must play a part. White, yellow, red, blaze, charcoal are all available for purchase directly from Ken. How can blaze claws be still available!? Well, $1500.

It’ll be interesting to see where it all lands. 2025, fracs auctioning for $3k, $1s for $1200, and claws sitting in classifieds for $600?

Tons of truth. Lol how many projects have been thrown aside. I’ve never murdered one chip, but getting the chance for a fun, forever set has me up to the challenge finally.

I don’t know that he can be “blamed”. I mean there were a ton of well priced chips, specifically the secondary $1s! I probably only overpaid for these by $2-3k.

While I first was under the impression that it would be nice to have known that there were infinite limit sets for sale and not 2 total, I’ve changed my tune.

All I had to do was post and ask “how many sets/racks of claws do you have” and it wouldn’t have been an uneducated purchase.

A good lesson I’ll learn one day, PCF is not filled with dummies, and the classifieds here do not suffer fools.

No doubt. My stance has never changed on that aspect - I appreciate our large scale chip vendors for the amount of work that goes into their sales, it’s MASSIVE.

That being said, I think it’s foolhardy to see their Vendorship as a selfless pledge. Ken, TCR, Lemon primary goal was/is to be compensated, and the way sales were/are run is heavily influenced by that.

I will continue to appreciate their wares and likely engage in future purchases, but I will be much more wary in future transactions.
