Hot Dog Roller Pron (5 Viewers)

I need one of these! Well… with or without the cover option??
No cover! I paid for one and wish that I didn't. I might be okay with it if it were removable. But the cover has to be screwed on to the unit, which must be a giant pain in the butt for cleaning and portability. So screw that.

I put some sausages on the roller for brunch. One fell off and tried to run away

can someone summarize what works well on a hot dog roller?

Hot Dogs.

Spring Rolls

And ?

And?

I run mine @250 for 20 and then 200 rest of night.
HuH. Just realized that my midway must be in Celsius! But I'm running at pretty darn similar temperatures. I don't bother with that first 250 tho. I just set it to 200 ish and forget all about it.

I had this for awhile, it was kinda fun - can't say that I've seen others. Bottom steamer tray for buns. I've got a lot of stuff - also have a tabletop deep fryer, couple of snow-cone machines, popcorn machines, cotton candy machine. All commercial machines. Never got a nacho cheese warmer (but it was on my list for awhile). When my girls were younger, their birthday parties were always the talk of their friends!

Weiner Go Round was my nickname in college.

Anybody want to talk about what they do with these seals, as far as cleaning goes?
You can’t just ignore them because stuff builds up on the roller underneath/inside them. So I pull them to the middle so I can clean under them, then just leave them there to dry. I haven’t made too much of an effort to clean inside the seals themselves, but I suppose I could spray them down with a bleach solution if they started looking dirty.
What do you folks do for cleaning this area?

Add vegetable oil to the rollers on either side. As for the rubber pieces, turn the machine on to very low heat, in other words, turn it on without heat (lowest setting). Grab a cloth or paper towel. Soak with dawn. Grab each "gasket" as it spins and wash.
