I believe I have the best group of players in my league.

I have never ever charged my players for equipment (New cards, chips, etc) for the maintaining or upkeep of said items. I don't believe in that. If you want to host, there is a price to pay for hosting, I get it. My wife and I are not in the poor house, but at the same time we don't live on Easy Street. During our last game on this past Saturday, our 11 roller Hot Dog machine kicked the bucket. I looked on Amazon for a new one. It was about $300 and change. We have players pay $5 per buy-in to go towards the Main Event. We do that to build the prize pool for the biggest game of the season. At this time we have accumulated a little bit of money. I asked the group of players if it was O.K. if I took $100 to pay for the new Hot Dog Machine. Without skipping a beat, the WHOLE CREW agreed to it! Wow...just WOW! I have the best players!

I just add the funds taken out into the equity of hot dogs eaten calculation that I use for every buy in.

I need to eat a lot of hot dogs.

What's wrong with the hot dog roller? I've fixed mine twice now, both times was a bad motor.

6 Rollers on each of the ends are covered with carbon, and have seized up. 3 of the 6 wont heat.
