This has turned into a dibs thread now. Lol!
GL sirs but tread lightly, frac harvesting is the toughest (with the exception of roulette harvesting).

To be sure. Somebody talked about harvesting some chips and I just found it funny that people starting calling dibs. I don’t think any of us would mind having a couple of racks of these. No?Dibs in the thread for a few hundred frac. We all know that 400-500 fracs leaving the premises won't attract any attention in any size casino.

How does a casino entry roll work? Those 25c look so fantastic, seeing all this harvesting make me so jelly.
In SG there's a casino entry toll of S100 per day which make any harvesting not possible.
Is this a mandatory $100 chip buy or an entry fee? Any other other value to it (food/drink coupons)? Those 25c look so fantastic, seeing all this harvesting make me so jelly.

You have to pay a entry toll / fee of $100 for any local resident whenever you visit the casino and the pass last for 24 Hours. How does a casino entry roll work?
Do you get any chips or value for this fee or is it the largest door cover charge I have ever heard of?You have to pay a entry toll / fee of $100 for any local resident whenever you visit the casino and the pass last for 24 Hours.
You do not have to pay any if you are said a travelling tourist.
That what the government tell the public but in SG Govt they own the 4D and lottery system and soccer betting etc, there is however no restriction or toll imposed on that.As I understand it, the Singapore government wants to discourage its residents from engaging in non-virtuous activities. Drug dealing carries the death penalty, for example. The $100 per day penalty (150 S$, about $111 USD) for locals to gamble in casinos fits right in with that attitude while still encouraging tourists to visit and spend their money.
Too funny. After PCF harvesters have drained the current inventory, someone should submit a request that they remove the decimal point for version two. (Which would make version one chips error chips, causing their value to skyrocket further!)Also: Is that an amount in cents being shown with a decimal point and a cent symbol? As in, the face value is a quarter of one cent? Sweet.
That seems unlikely. They’re probably a bonus payout or something, for a game where you’re betting a buck or more.cool that your card room has .25c stakes
the rooms here have been closed for a year, lowest I ever played was 1/2 and good luck getting your hands on the $1's. None of the chips would be worth bringing home.
I just noticed that!Too funny. After PCF harvesters have drained the current inventory, someone should submit a request that they remove the decimal point for version two. (Which would make version one chips error chips, causing their value to skyrocket further!)
American exceptionalism - didn't ANYONE proof the chip design, i.e. the casino or GPI?
25¢ is just so satisfying on a chip - don't need that confusing/erroneous decimal point.

I just noticed that!
Actually, those are not quarters...the chip states they are .25 cents!
A whole rack should cost $2.50.
Bah! You’re right, of course...the decimal even has me confused! You mean 25 cents
Hahah I bet I know EXACTLY what happened. I don’t know if you all are familiar with Alton IL or not, but it’s a small town in the river outside of St. Louis. The only reasons people from St. Louis even go there is to drink, drive on the great river road, or do a little gambling (there are better options closer to the metro area). I’m sure the mom and pop couple that run/manage the casino came up with the designs for the hot stamp and didn’t know any better.Too funny. Ask about their punishment for vandalism.Wow... Singapore sounds hard core
Caning!Ask about their punishment for vandalism.
Same issue with The Gardens Casino 50 cent chip. I use it in my Vineyard set.Is that an amount in cents being shown with a decimal point and a cent symbol? As in, the face value is a quarter of one cent?

I used to work for the Alton Belle (which is what this casino used to be) Pretty neat little frac. Good luck with the Caruthersville 50c they wouldn't come off them for anything when I went. It was basically what you could scrounge up at the BJ tables. Its a small casino, even smaller than Alton. All I managed to get was a handful in a few hours and I was ready to get out of that hell hole. Its hard to harvest with 2 people playing BJ at one open table.I was so excited I just had to share!
Thanks to all the knowledge and good people on this forum, me and the new wife finally decided to try to go harvest some chips for our home games. We got 60 25c chips! What was most surprising is how good of shape they are in. We are going to try to get a rack or 2 of .50s from 2 different casinos this week too. One for a forum member and the other for us.
