Custom artwork group buy. US/CAN CARDS MOLD (11 Viewers)

I am sure there are some who wanted to get a few for bounties.
At out minimum for CARDS mold we are at 22,405.
I can see some folks making a 43mm FLAT tournament set and a CARDS mold cash set.

TO BE CLEAR I have no idea how the 43mm feel, shuffle, or anything.
If @BGinGA makes my 43mm custom mold dream happen in time, I’ll go that route.... :whistling:

so if I were to jump in on this do you want payment upfront, at sea, or when they arrive and are ready to reship?

Upfront please. Not until we have everyone figured out.
First payment for production/shipping
Second payment for reshipping

Is there a way to get dealer buttons too?
We did have a discussion regarding dealer buttons way back at the top of this thread. DBs from this manufacturer will be very similar to the Scrub Donkey DBs. They are thin. About the same thickness as a chip. For a bit more money ($5-6) you can get much nicer ones from BR Pro Poker. No minimum and no waiting for this order to finalize, be produced and shipped.

I'm going this route for my matching DBs.

A question about art. I have finished editing the Aces artwork and added my inlay in illustrator. At this point everything is vector. If I export as an .ai file it shows the internet explorer icon and I cannot access it. Is it necessary to save and export to the manufacturer as an .ai file or will a .pdf work as well. Trying to figure it out as today is my last day on my free trial

As long as its vector it should work. Also to save as an .ai file you should just select Save As and not to use Export As.

Awesome, thanks for the help! I did try Save As for the .ai file also but had troubles. So long as the illustrator work I saved as a pdf stays vector then I'll just use that!

If anyone is going to make a custom dealer button using BR Pro Poker (60mm size), send me a PM. I would most likely be interested in buying one if you’re willing to re-ship.

I don’t know if @Quicksilver-75 is taking additional outside work. Quicksilver is very talented and his work is awesome. I’ve used @timinater twice for my two projects and he is outstanding. I am extremely happy with Tim and he is my go to person for artwork now. @p5woody is well @p5woody a legend on this site. @Kensco while I’ve never used Ken I’ve had many superb transactions and interaction with him and he is one of the Great members on here!

Really like your choice of the nickel.
Always did like pink chips as nickels more, especially with blue quarters.

How much for a button?

Depends how many you end up ordering. There are a lot of people who collect dealer buttons, so it wouldn’t be difficult to get your numbers up. But yes, expect something in the $5 to $6 range if you take the order on yourself.

Okay, so I am still planning on piggybacking on Sean's design, just changing the text to Wright's Poker Room. I'm also thinking of incorporating the W from the design of my existing set into it. Maybe just a faint W in the back like the B in the Belagio chips. What do you guys think?

I might just stick with Card mold vendor's buttons. Shouldn't be much different than those smaller regular cheap buttons that I have that's always been fine for us. Not entirely sure I want to get a button though so don't include that to my order yet.

Not sure if that gradient will printable for the vendor. It's strange with them though; they claim it's dye sub, but everything I'm seeing from them from color choices to having the colors being solid makes it seem like they're jet printing. Some hybrid of jet-print and dye sub. Jet-dye sublimation? Lol.

Thanks, not looking to include that gradient at all. Just want to take Sean's design and maybe just use the cursive W from my old design in the background of the inner circle where the number is. I think putting the whole Wright's in script there will be too busy and too blocked by the large number. Looking for opinions.
