Returning to some of the simple things. I hadn't really had any proper Belgian in a while being in a really classic lager mode, but this is hitting the spot. That lovely malty plus mystery thing that the Belgians do so well. Surprisingly reasonably priced too.
Kane may be my new favorite brewery, this one is fantastic. I'm lucky that I have a local store that gets a lot of their new releases, I really need to make the trip down to the brewery and tap room one of these days.
Was busy cross posting in the Whisky thread. Drinking the last of my Okto/Fest stash. There is no better time of year to be drinking these malty treasures. This one has a bit more hop pop than is typical but that's why SN gain my respect. They can do trad or push the envelope. I prefer the former but can vibe with the latter.
My local brewery makes some delicious IPA's. Fall River Brewing. They're most famous for their American IPA Hexagenia. This is one of my favorite Hazys they make. If you come across either, give them a try!
