Sitting Out
Hey there!
Been lurking and reading the past week, the home game poker bug is starting to bite, and have found so much help on here already. You are all so helpful and I know us new aficionados appreciate it.
About me - I live in St. Louis, 30yo, don't have many folks to play with, but I want to change that and start some home games. The dice chips won't cut it, so I'm looking to find something with more oomph. Nothing crazy, I fear I may not get as many uses as I would like, but keeping it to about a $100 budget, the Poker Knight chips seem to be the next tier for me, and I love the colors, especially on the .25 chip (no ugly browns!). In that same boat, the Monacos, Showdowns, even Eclipse are all in my budget and look good to me.
Big shoutout to @Chris Manzoni - your videos showed up in my recommended one day on YouTube and your tourney and cash game breakdowns lit a fire.
Hope to hang around here more and maybe pick up some chips. Hope you all have a great Sunday!
