It really sounds like I’m in the company of the same kids who made fun of the special education kids in school. It wasn’t funny then and it’s not funny now.

If you have ever had training or encountered this in a position where you had to deal with this you should know - IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT YOU THINK OR FEEL, it’s the offended person who you have to think about and how they feel about what transpired.

I don’t get offended when people call me racist names, but I certainly understand it offends some people. Are you going to explain to them they shouldn’t be offended because it’s just words and they should just laugh it off as a joke? Because it doesn’t offend me can I go around saying them?

Maybe I missed the point you were trying to make. I implied earlier that I had no patience for the suggestions that this was staged, so that's all I was focusing on.

I disagree. Most of what people are saying is chastising Smith.

The point is, physical violence is not the answer to any verbal "altercation" (can you even call it that?).

I’m simply saying the joke didn’t seem to target people with alopecia like your lame Alzheimer’s example. It targeted her shaved head. I’m not saying anything about who should be or shouldn’t be offended. I’m saying you are misinterpreting his joke and making seem like he’s bullying her for her disease.

I read that he didn’t know according to an inside source. You could also, perhaps, base your opinion on the other jokes he told at the event and the actual joke.
