200x25 -> $5.00 per chip (All VGC, 40 of them are slightly darker than the others, but it seems they just need a cleaning)
180x100 -> $5.00 per chip (All VGC)
65x500 -> $6.00 per chip (34x the darker version; 31x the brighter version, all of them in VGC, just a single dark one is slightly damaged - see pic)
80x1,000 -> $7.00 per chip (all in NM condition)
100x5,000 -> $10.00 per chip (all in NM condition)

Total: $3850

Splits are possible as long as all chips were sold.
Buyer who "dibs" more chips gets priority.
If chips are double-"dibs"ed, I reserve the right to sell the chips to those who match better with the quantities available.

Buyer pays shipping from Germany.

I'd probably use this as a master set to run both .25/.25, .25/.50 cash games as well as T25 tournaments but what would be the most efficient way to set up tournaments and cash games (not at the same time) to fit the most players/re-buys?

With T10k starting stacks of 8/8/4/7 I can only see 16 players max. for example

As to your last question. I believe there is a colour variation in the WTHC500s. I saw them in my rack as well. The lighter versions and the darker versions. Can't tell if they get darker with use or whether they came like that as yet.

I have both colors as well, they come like that. Slight variation in the composite material. CDI98 T5s are much worse with several different colors of radiant red to almost a dark red. It all supposed to be the same color.

I don't want to advertise my set unnecessarily, but I would actually say that the set meets your requirements in the best possible way. If you start the tournaments with 25/25 blinds, it is also sufficient to give T5000 startstacks and serve a lot of players with rebuys.

And as written before, the T500 comes in two different versions, which differ slightly in color.

And something about pricing: I sell this set at my own cost. I recently bought the bigger part of this set from @Eriks.
I was long enough on the hunt for WTHCs to be able to judge, that the auction price isn't really representative for prices currently beeing paid... without a doubt: the auction was a killer deal!!
