The Orioles just traded Camden Yards for a “Stadium to be named later”.
Every prospect picked up is projected for a 2028-2030 MLB promotion. Not sure how that helps the team now, or next season….
I don’t get fire sales after 1 rough season in which the GM got 0 pitching. If they don’t start signing these young guys soon, might as expect ticket sales to drop to near 0

Rockies might have the best ball park and the best fans in MLB. They have up 9 runs in the first, it’s the 8th, and they’re down 16-13, and with 2 strikes on Freeman, they cheered louder for him than I’ve heard most teams in close games.
Really just great all around experience. It’s a must visit for baseball fans (and the roof deck is a fantastic party scene).

It's just moments like this, when the underdog defeats the juggernaut, that makes baseball the best sport. This was with the Yankees leading 6-0.

I was at that Rockies game and it was NUTS! Also I finally did something after 46 years of watching live baseball.

3 kids I've tought swimming to are going to play in the west regional tournament today in San Bernadino. I'm so excited for them & happy I get to watch them play on TV/ESPN+! They are a huge underdog but if they somehow win the Tournament they get to go to Williamsport.

Ive only got one, ever, Machado fouled it straight back, and Adam Jones picked it up and threw it in to the stands. (Before they had to keep everything and label and sell it)… and before the nets went pole to pole.
Had a super high foul ball hit my hands, but it was coming in too hot for me to hang on. Still waiting for that real first foul/HR ball.
Maybe I’ll get a yellow one tonight….

Hit a seat 15 rows behind me, plucked it out of the air.
Apparently I waved my arms and said “it’s mine, I’ve got it, got it”. I don’t remember that but people behind me said I yelled that before I caught it.

I can count the number of MLB games I've been to on one hand (yeah... I know... sad).
I had a foul ball land one row down and three seats to my right from where I was sitting, and that was a whole bucket of crazy-sauce.
The "WTAF" on the scorecard is beyond perfect!

Baseball is wrong. Man with four balls cannot walk!
I have a few pictures of the hits I took this year. Last one was ~ 70mph foul ball off the back of the hand. Thought I broke it. Finished the game, and did the next game, but could barely hold the indicator or put up the count. That’s the worst one yet. (Pic is 24 hours later. I had X-rays taken as at the time, I still couldn’t move my fingers). And yes, you can see the stitches from the ball on my hand.
