Why Does This Keep Happening To Me? (1 Viewer)

Without getting too descriptive (please), can someone explain how this can happen at the table, twice, without someone calling him out and/or punching him in the face? And why did the game continue after the first time? Was he doing it as a joke/to piss people off, or does he have a mental issue? Did he get beat down/tossed out after the 2nd time?

Very confused here
So at what point do you envision the punch being delivered?

We've all nutted at inappropriate times or under inappropriate circumstances, but tonight really was a big "F U" to my game.

One of my players was not involved in a hand, and decided to do some...personal maintenance...that no one was really paying much attention to, until he literally NUTTED ON THE TABLE. I saw it immediately and asked "What's that?" and he looked at the result rather confused. Eventually he got it off the table, but it left a wet spot and a stain.

A few minutes later, HE DID IT AGAIN. I had to get cleaning supplies. Completely inappropriate and no one knew what to say.

I kid you not, this is a long long time regular. Never seen anything like it.

What do you do when a player nuts on the table twice in one night? He's 70+, so like more power to him - I hope I can nut that fast when I'm that age...but still. Do I disinvite him? Make him pay for a table cleaning?

@Rieguy @TX_Golf_N_Poker am i missing anyything?
Out of context thread?

I call BS...but let me be very clear.

If this would happen at a table i'm seated, I'll knock you out before your jizz would hit the felt....no way, no how would there be any second time.

Before the 2nd cleaning, I suppose (assuming it wasn’t obvious after the 1st time)

I’m not trying to play internet tough guy at all, just very confused at how a poker game could continue while this was going on…and how nobody said “WTF are you doing” and the game coming (no pun intended) to a screeching halt at that point

Hey, I'm just a player in someone's else's game. I did not bear witness to "the card licker", "the rail hand wiper", the act of "the wall pisser", the "reg mega blow up", and so on. This is the only time I was around for an event and actively witnessed it, but since host did as well, I let him handle.

And to be fair, the apparatus that was being used to carry out the nutting should've been demanded by host to be removed after the initial instance, but again, not my place and I'm not going to resort to 'elder abuse' by punching a 70+ year old man in the face and ruining his nut night. Taking his money in poker is already nearly akin to the same thing.

Y'all are burying the lede anyway:

Have we?

Alright, I'll make an actual guess. He was chewing sunflower seeds or some kind of nut and dribbled, right?

Edit: Don't make me start naming nuts.

Okay, so seriously for one second. All of you guys who are saying you’re going to assault a 70 year old man, please explain?

How do you all not know if something is wrong with him? This isn’t your home so you’re going to go immediately to violence without context risking damage to the hosts home and personal property without being provoked or having any context? I mean, let’s be clear, this is awful and disgusting, but ultimately unless you’re right next to the guy, this in no way affects you. It’s moreso on the host and maybe the individuals to his left and right.

Im just going to assume this is more of a tongue in cheek response.

I’ll answer for myself. I’m not saying violence would be the first reaction, but there would have to be some sort of reaction, especially if I was close to the offender (cashing out and leaving, letting the host know that he needs to prevent this behavior, public shaming, yelling at the old man, something)

The OP was pretty vague, which is why I asked for details (about the situation, the offender, etc). I’m not sure I’d agree with someone jerking off and continuing to play cards not affecting me - I’d potentially have to touch the same chips/cards.

Rieguy’s pic on page 1 makes it look like he was right in the line of fire.

I’d like to think I’d just quickly cash out and leave without causing a problem, but at the very least I’d let the entire table know what happened and the host know that there will be an issue if the offender continued - even if that means I’d end up getting my assed kicked by a 70 year old man with cum hands.

I’m assuming that a bunch of details were intentionally left out for clickbait/shock value, because at least 3 PCFers were at the game and didn’t decide to leave, and the host was not appalled enough to kick the old man out immediately.

Easy for y'all to say but it was a sticky situation.

Seems far more reasonable, and you’re absolutely right about chips/cards being moved around the table.

If you're chip leader at PHL4 main event I'm nuttin' on your stack

Only thing I can think of is insanity, and those people should not be allowed to gamble.
Everything else, do stupid thing and find out....

If the host would not accept, I gladly ban myself for life in that game.
I'm not a violent guy but I have my limits....jerking off during during a poker game and jizzing on the table is not on the pass list.

You should really check yourself if you come to other conclusions.

So not resorting to violence against a 70 year old man requires a self check? Allowing a person to physically harm a 70 year old man and sitting there watching would require more of a self check in my book.

Why is age the benchmark here? 70 or 17, WGAF

This is about shooting bodily fluid in the direction of others. It’s insulting and assault so a bop on the nose is self defence if it flies in my direction.

Age is relevant cause of mental illness that is more prevalent in older adults. Also, elderly people have always been off-limits to certain actions. Beating on an older person doesn’t sit right with me (to say it in a more PC way).
