Why choose 15/7/15/4 over 10/6/6/6 for T100 tourneys with 40K SS?

Like what are the benefits/cons of these options?

I'm looking on getting my custom set made and want to make sure I make the right decision

Depending on the structure I think. First one is generally better for antis.

I do 10/4/6/4-6 for 30-40k starting
