I know that there was a guy over on another site that would buy chips in the various sales only to turn around and try to sell them on eBay for GROSSLY exhorbitant mark-ups. Some folks just do not know their prices, and this silky smooth operator would capitalize on that fact.

some CIC chips are uber-rare and therefore come with a hefty price tag. i'm not into them so i have no idea if this is really overpriced or if it's in line with the market price for them.
