White marks on Apache "The Bank" sample set (1 Viewer)

Hi all -

Just received a sample pack of the Apache "The Bank" chips in the mail today and there seem to be little white scuff marks or maybe dried dust on many of them? Tried to scrape it off by using my nail but seemed to just dig in and create little dimples in the composite. Any idea what this is?

Want to make sure I place an order for the right chips for my 18xx games.

Maybe try one or two with a little mineral oil or something to see if it's chalky dust?

It's probably stray cocaine from the other side of the business. Don't sweat it.
