How about Black Bear Osso Buco with Gran Padana polenta and fresh gremolata. I should have cooked it a tad lower and about twice as long. Was delicious, but not the melt in your mouth I was shooting for.

Since we do the Turkey and ham at Thanksgiving, our family tradition has been to do Nasi Lemak for Christmas. Chicken rendang, shrimp sambal, kang kong, coconut rice and all the fixings. Served on a banana leaf but you can hardly see it under all the food:

A buddy and I ordered some A5 wagyu last week. Just now making it and holy cow it’s amazing. Can’t eat this everyday or I might have a heart attack but it’s nice to splurge once in a while

Also making some smoke chicken to wash down the wagyu haha

Actually no, Italian style mozzarella stuffed chicken sausage cubes, pepperoni, spinach, and mushrooms. Next go round I'll be switching over to a cauliflower type crust to reduce more carbs
