My dough is in the fridge. I think we're going to do pepperoni (little cup pepperoni), onions, and green olives

Turkey was disappointing. Fuck turkey though, i am sticking to Chicken from now on lol.

Moving onto Scotch eggs today. Eggs boiled and sitting in ice cold water for now. The aim is to get slightly runny yokes when finished and cooked.

If the yokes aren't runny this will be me

Turkey, famous CLB stuffing, potatoes, gravy, rolls and corn. Simple but delicious.

Rest of the day was football, Paloma’s, and pass out on the patio.
