Turkey was disappointing. Fuck turkey though, i am sticking to Chicken from now on lol.

Moving onto Scotch eggs today. Eggs boiled and sitting in ice cold water for now. The aim is to get slightly runny yokes when finished and cooked.

Having just recovered from Covid, New Year's Eve dinner was just for the 2 of us:

Being poor people, incapable of affording a butler, we regretted this dearly:LOL: :laugh:

Well...tonight got creative when Cajun met Mediterranean.... quite a good mix.... I smashed my serving, but there's left overs!
