What to use to hide diffuser seam? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Planning on building a 58" round with LED lighting and a 3/4" high clear/white diffuser. Any suggestions on how to hide the seams? I would like small 3/4" high heart, diamond, club, spade...things. That is one of the problems in searching, I don't even know what to call what I'm looking for! Any suggestions?

I made metal rectangles out of aluminum for two table I built: Links:Custom Tables

I had ideas of getting vinyl stickers made in suits and also creating a T that the front was thin with a crest in front (-| like this looking from the top.

Of course I would have to go through the trouble of cutting them flat. I used buttons purchased from Joanns for one of my prior tables. Those were plastic, so easy to cut flat.
