#1 and by a larger margin - Comfortable chairs.
-It doesn't matter if you have the fanciest chips in the world or an amazing table. If the chairs suck, no one will care about anything else.

#2 A nice table.
-Doesn't have to be custom or crazy expensive, just something decent, clean, and comfortable to sit at.

#3 A distant third. Nice chips.
-In all my hosting, the chairs are the first to get noticed, followed by the table. The chips are alway the last to get noticed. I don't play cards with a bunch of PCF members. Nice chips hardly get noticed.
