Just another cultural enrichment…when I read the Urban Dictionary, there was an entry from Raeanne Dimick that outlined several Choch derivatives including:
- dinglechoch
- Choch McMuffin
- chicken Choch pie
And… Choch mcChocherson

Situation is pretty meh.

Seller: Dick move showing a lack of integrity. But money talks around here right? So not surprising.

Buyer: Personally I still wouldn't have left negative feedback as there wasn't a transaction that actually took place. Guy reneged on his dibs but ultimately nothing was lost (other than the seller's integrity, but that may or may not have existed in the first place).

Has already happened, except the “established” seller actually took the money, then held the chips for a week until he made a better deal. Lied about it the whole time, and even the end buyer lied about it after I caught wind of what was going on. But he’s a “respected” seller here who nobody would even touch only because he has chips they want.
 
What was it that my mom told me when I was a kid…oh ya…”treat others the same way you want to be treated”. I guess not everyone’s mom/dad/aunt/uncle or whatever told them that.

I try to be a positive member, sorry you see it different but that's ok.

Thomas, I can definitely appreciate folks using the reputation system for the intended purpose. Many people have 100% ratings that should have had a few neutral ratings at least. In this current environment, money has been a major motivator, and that can have a negative impact on community & culture.

Wish I had the chips you needed as you would have gotten them gratis. Unfortunately, over the last 5-6 years, all of our transactions (aside from reship) have resulted in chips going from Belgium to Murica.

I just wanted everyone to know that I’m madder than hell. I’m Josh-stubbed-his-toe-wearing-a-diaper-with-the-webcam-on-again mad.

I do business the WRONG damn way. I pack my packages in cardboard that you can see through. I tell my customers what DAY (it’s between Sunday and Saturday) and TIME (military time adjusted for GMT - a randomly generated number) I’m going to ship them; and I DON’T stick to it, because I would rather POKE both my eyes out with paper clips and spend the rest of my days fumbling around in darkness than go through the effort of shipping something.
And if I can’t make it, I DONT’T let them know; THAT would tip them off to the fact that i’m a fantastically apathetic and unmitigated idiot incapable of even the most basic of normal activities.

If I say I sell to who I want to; that’s what I’ll do. Some say I’m a dreamer. But I’m not the only one. I hope one day you will joi—wait a fucking minute. We’re off the page now...
