Unbelievable. He called it and if I go against that then everyone will gang up on me and I deserve what I have coming. Most of you make me sick. How dare I DEFY a verbal contract. Don’t deal with me. I’m getting diabetes.

Had you just let it go when he did that and ignored it’s likely only a few people would have known or cared.

You went back on your word for a few more bucks; that’s a big deal around here where we trade and sell thousands of dollars of chips based on mutual trust and love of the same hobby. But it didn’t have to be the death knell for you.

Dibs are an imperfect system and to your credit you did state you would sell to who you wanted. So maybe no one should have expected to you honor dibs. The issue, IMO, came when you said he had dibs and then kept bumping the sale till you got more money. Had you not posted he had dibs this would all be a non-issue.

But you went nuclear over a couple posts and one negative review. It was like going on a quixotic quest against McDonalds because they gave you a medium fry instead of the large you ordered.
