View Outside My Window (6 Viewers)

It’s a shame what has come of this spot which should be registered as a historic building. IYKYK.

Less window, more rooftop vista in this view.

The fog had settled from the level of the telescopes maybe 30 or 40 minutes earlier and we went up to the roof to clear any remaining problematic ice that might fall into the telescope if we opened.

The remaining clouds/fog below always makes for an amazing "on top of it all" sense, but also being ten stories off the ground made it even more so.

(Somehow, the last of that humidity cleared out along with a beneficial wind shift. We're currently open and observing with the scope as I type this.)

Haha we are leaving on that exact same cruise next week. How was it? I’m not planning on getting off the boat except at Cabo.

Someone in our group was looking at an excursion out of Puerta Vallarta that was like a hour and half drive from the port. Crazy talk.

Yep. Cruise to PV then Mazatlan, then Cabo, then back. We’re going to stay on ship except Cabo too. Getting our money out of the drink package. They’re stopping everywhere. Last week they stayed at sea for PV.

Not getting off ship at either PV or Max. It’s Nor. Bliss and ship is in great shape and very full.

Not always sunny in Athens.
30-knot southern rain storm, rich in Sahara dust.
The southern wind is called Lyvas (from Libya), infamous for destroying the crops.
