USPS delivery problem (2 Viewers)

Chips shipped from Alaska to Vegas/Luxor.
Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I got this ALERT/FORWARDED message update instead.
Today it looks Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility, but the package never reach the recipient at Luxor.

Any idea or suggestions on what to do?

Assuming it is wasn’t the person you sent them to that picked them up? Did it require a signature to pick up?

Go to the post office. Ask if the supervisor can pull up a picture of the label.

How does one pick up a package from the “postal facility” at 5:17am?? Very strange.

Just to clarify the situation...
I'm the buyer, seller shipped from Alaska and a friend of mine was supposed to pick up the package at Luxor, Las Vegas.
It seems really weird that someone was picking the package at 5:17 AM at the "Postal Facility"...

If it was forwarded, shouldn’t they have details of who instructed them to forward it? Or is the P.O. saying they chose to forward it on their own?

It wasnt a person picking them up, nit was the post office they picked them up to forward them they havent been delivered yet

My local post office has a non-800 phone number that they do answer, but they hide it pretty well…

Not answering and "mail box currently full and cannot accept new messages..."

Case solved.
The package was forwarded to fedex.
They handles shipments for the hotel.
My friend had to pay them to pick it up.
(Package fee is 7$ + $$more depending on weight).

Anyway, thanks everyone for support.
