"His gaming company, Twin River Worldwide Holdings, now plans to use the name to rebrand all of its holdings, including its 11 casinos and its publicly traded headquarters"

Wait, wouldn't that mean we might see Bally's chips being sold... I know the one in vegas isn't getting a name change because it's owned/ (was owned, I'm not sure exactly) by Caesars. But the other locations I'm assuming are being changed to Twin Rivers right? So those Bally's chips need to go :)

Oh I see, I had it backwards  :whistling::banghead:

Well that sucks for us, Bally's chips are way cooler! Darn

Last week it picked up Jumer’s Casino & Hotel in Rock Island, Ill., for $120 million, which will be part of the Bally’s rebranding.

So 3 more potential rebrandings

Thanks so much for doing this !

Anyone have any idea which we might or might not see on the secondary market if they redo the chips?

Ballys has been getting out of gaming for years now. They used to have a bunch of casino blackjack pit software that was top of the line. They've managed to keep support on the back-end, but I'd expect that to change soon also. They're all but out of gaming.

could be some minty chips coming with two recently acquired casinos thats just rebranded this year plus the chips that were from the casino that was rebranded. Sounds like a double dip.

I'm surprised by the amount of value placed on the Bally's name and wanting to make this THE brand.

All Bally's represents to me is a mid to low tier Vegas Casino.

Does anybody here have a tremendously favorable impression of the Bally's name?

Honest to god, I still think pinball machines when I hear it.
I live close enough to Twin River (Bally’s?) in RI, but I rarely played there because their small (12 table?) room had long waits and no tournaments. But there are rumors that they’re expanding their poker room. I hope it happens and I come to associate Bally’s with poker.
