Hell yes....degen tingles time again, and fly back to the great old USA

This time we are doing Vegas (duh) and after a 4 days prep, i'll fly out to Denver for WCC.
Another wild ride upcoming, would love to share the memories with all my PCF friends.

My last trip report: link

We said goodby to Ballys and had a great time with Rufus (@BootySnatcher) & Mikey (@slisk250)
But 8 days Vegas was pretty heavy on my system...so now we will combine again like the first trip (Vegas & PHL).

Flying in for 4 days in Vegas (Sunday 21th May - Wednesday 24th May ), then flying out (early) to Denver (Thursday 25th May) and back home to Brussels on Sunday (late) or Monday (early). Or if the wifey ok's it...i'll fly back to Vegas on Sunday (late) and stay another 3 days in Vegas before flying home on Tuesday (30th). I have to be back home on 31th....

Still looking at some options for flights, it obv. cheaper to fly to & from Vegas & book with Spirit or Frontier to Denver & back...we'll see how it pans out.

Finding a room (smoking) was a LOOOOOT harder to find and I would never try to smoke in a non-smoking room.
For some obscure reason, Vegas is crazy expensive the weekend from 19/05 until 21/05 and almost all was sold out already.

No smoking room available at Horseshoe & very slim pickings except Cosmo with balcony (+400-ish per night) or run down / out of the way hotels like Westgate, Oyo, CircusCircus or motel sh*t. AFter looking for a few days, I found & booked:

aea8ce1e96747c0d4409fe27df2b8f03eb3d084f

Tuscany Suites and Casino Hotel (Executive Suite, smoking)
And a bargain at $650 (4 days, all in)....not what I was used to when I visited Sin City last two times...rooms were dirt cheap.
Can still cancel for free until 17/05, so I don't have to worry should I find a better deal.
It's a 3min walk to Horseshoe, so a great location....we'll see (but Ballys was, besides location & chips, not so great).

No specific goals this time..besides hitting up with some known friends (@Okku & the Spinettis crew @djmarc @BootySnatcher) or any other members the are in vegas then.
Please hit me up...

This I would like to do this time: pinball museum, Mobb museum, Hoover dam tour...and the usual In&Out, Earl of Sandwich and having loads of fun
And obviously playing as much as possible to build a huge roll for WCC (part II of the trip).

Looking forward seeing back some friends & meeting a load of great members for the first time (IRL).

Tuscany is my new go-to for WSOP since they moved from Rio (stayed at Gold Coast then)
It was decent for the price last year and the walk to Ballys/Horseshoe was quick enough even in 112+ degrees….
Looking forward to meeting you too

He's not excited or anything.
The day I don't have degen tingles for an upcoming PCF meetup...i'll sell all my chips and check for a pulse

Meurica, Vegas, Denver, fellow degens, gambling, Vegas, home craps, chip galore, 420, .... not to forget VEGAS & DENVER :cool

Stayed at Tuscany Suites several years ago. Great rooms for a great price. Not much to rave about for dining or casino, (edit - Poker Room is permanently closed)

Short walk to a bunch of casinos (Caesars, Bellagio, Paris, Horseshoe, bunch of others.

Just booked my flight from Brussels to Vegas & back...

Prices flying from Brussels to Vegas and from Denver back home were close to double then the one I booked.
Londen HT was not an option since what happend in December...

But I found a gem of a flight:

21/05 -> Brussel to Frankfurt (50min with 3h layover) then straight to Vegas (11h flight) to arrive at 14.00h
30/05 -> Las Vegas to Frankfurt (11h) with a 50min layover and back in Brussel in 13h (that's crazy for a 800 EUR flight in May)

Frankfurt is very relaxed, has a smokers lounge past security and straight flights to Vegas....perfect.
Fees, checked bags & seat selection included for 810 EUR :wow:

Best deal by a mile since i started looking a few days ago.
Now I just have to book my flight to Denver and back, will check Spirit, Frontier, Priceline, ...
And one or two more nights in Vegas... additional flights and rooms after Denver are easily covered with the cheaper intern. flight.

Good thing I booked with free cancellation option...just booked the identical room for about half (360 EUR).
Not even in Vegas yet and already winning :)

Hello PCF friend… short update :)

Made it safe to Sin City, quick Uber to Tuscany and I was settled in no time.

Since I did not sleep on the plane nor the night before…I decided to take it slow the first night. In&Out and a quick stop at the dispensary… walked back and went to bed. After a 12h sleep I feel great and ready to grind tonight.

Now a breakfast, chilling out at the pool and hook up with Mark and Oskar if I make it to Spinettis today.

Trafic is insane due to departure of the EDC crowd and massive roadworks.

Stay tuned… I’ll update later

Have a blast buddy! Just make sure you save some for September!
