Our group plays a T3000 tourney with 15 minute blinds. We use two decks and a rotating deal. We typically have between 8 and 14 players. Any suggested changes or comments on the structure would help. I gave it a try and ended up with this:

Roll with the 30/60, change to 20 minute levels and your golden

With 14 players and T3000 stacks (150bb), your structure will run about 3:30 ending around L14. Blinds increase an average of 45% per level, but actually range from 20% to 100% jumps (not optimum, imo).

i'd recommend using one the structures below, which feature slightly less aggressive and more uniform blind increases (25%-50% increases, 39% average). The first structure uses the same 150bb starting stacks, and will run about 3:45 ending at L15. The second structure starts players with 100bb and should run about 3:30 ending at L14.

Changing the blind level times to 20 minutes for either structure will result in a tournament lasting about 5 hours (plus breaks).
