A small overview
This set is my tribute to the The Post chips, my favorite chips. Since it's a California card-room, I decided to go with faux-shaped inlays, a black logo and a red denom. That's why I choose the SunFly's PolyClay line. It's very good platform to mimic clay shaped inlay chips. Since they are fully printed ceramic (there is no label like on the PolyInno - hybrid - line), there is no color-matching issues between the chip color and the inlay color. For the mold, I decided to go with the "Cards" mold because of the reference to a cardroom.

Regarding the name, I chose "The Bank" because :
(1) it's short (like The Post) ;
(2) it still refers to an important building you can find in town ;
(3) it has a meaning for me (I always worked in the financial industry).

The breakdown
This set is a cash game set suitable for 10 players for few no-limit limits :
- NL10 with blinds 10c-10c
- NL20 with blinds 10c-20c
- NL50 with blinds 50c-50c
- NL100 with blinds 50c-€1

The set also allows to play limit games 20c-50c, 50c-€1 or €1-€2 limit games (6 or 8 players).

10c x 160
50c x 80 160
€1 x 160 240
€5 x 160
€20 x 80
€100 (MSK plaque) x 10
+ 12 spares of each chip and 2 spare plaques
Dealer button
H.O.R.S.E. plaques
Some other game plaques
Missed Blind buttons

Love to see someone doing something new!

Can you speak to the quality of the edgespots alignment? I feel like when mimicking a clay insert it needs to be 99.9% to not cause some OCD breakdown.

I'll take few shots of the edges. The alignment is very very good. Also, all chips are face aligned (on top of edge aligned).

I meant compared to Chipcos or ceramics like Tiki Kings.

I don’t have ChipCo or Tiki Kings. I however have Nevada Jacks from @ABC Gifts and Awards . I would not say that one is better than the other. They are just different. The Nevada Jacks have a very nice texture giving them a great grip. These PolyClay have also a fantastic grip (maybe thanks to the mold ?) but they are smoother. They both stack like bricks, I haven’t noticed one single spinner in each set, they shuffle great, ...

I really like both.

I've added few pics incl. one together with the original The Post chips.

Agreed. In my slide and surface friction testing several years ago, the polyclay chips outperformed every other chip tested except for new Paulson chips -- including all other ceramics, and even new ASM/CPC chips and used RHC chips. Here's part of that review:
Worst to Best, in terms of 'slickness':
8. new Sun-Fly ceramics, unprinted blanks
7. new Chipco ceramics, printed
6. new Sun-Fly ceramics, printed
5. used Paulson RHC mold w/inlays
4. new ASM MD-50 mold w/inlays
3. new Sun-Fly poly-clay diamond mold, printed
2. new Paulson RHC mold w/inlays
1. new Paulson THC mold w/inlays
The Sun-Fly hybrids were not tested at that time.

I took 5 random chips of each denom having spots.

As you can see, alignment is pretty good.

Awesome set of chips. The faux inlays are my favorite part.
How long did it take for Sunfly to make them for you?

Normally you can get them in about 1 months from the moment you finalize the design and pay.
This one month covers :
- production of sample
- validation of sample
- mass production
- delivery from China to Europe

Of course, if there are several iterations of sample production and validation phases, it can take longer.

Also with covid, situation has probably changed for delivery.

Best is to check with @SUN-FLY Poker Chips directly.

@Kid_Eastwood Are they faux inlays, or actual labels?

They are faux inlays.

You would not such a result with their PolyInno line because the color on the chip and the color on the label would not render exactly the same way (due to printing on different material).

The "PolyInno" are the so-called hybrid chips : ceramic with recessed area and laminated label.

That's an impressive turnaround time. Thanks

how would you rate the quality of the racks and lids?

They are just basic racks but they do their work. I can't put a 21st chip in a barrel but there is some space left. For me it's sufficient.

The lid fits very nicely.
