If in a colder weather area I think it's a good idea to let the stickers acclimate to room temperature before applying. I was in a rush to get them on and as a result some stickers were smaller than usual... must be the Canadian cold.

So my youngest daughter shoots archery for her elementary school and they won the Tennessee state championship this year.
I reached out to the coaches and asked if the kids got any sort of medal or anything for winning and was told no, the team gets a trophy and that’s it. I then set out to make it right for the kids!
I found archery medals on Amazon but they didn’t have a way to add anything to the back. I asked another parent to come up with a design and then I instantly reached out to @Gear and @Wifey to see if they could make this into a reality.
Now if you know them, you know not only are they great business people but some of the best people people you could ever hope to meet. They went above and beyond to take care of us and cheaper and higher quality than anything else I could find!
A few simple emails turned an idea and some artwork into this:
I can’t wait to get these passed out to the kids and see the joy on their faces!!!

Didn’t realize there was an entire thread for this- I cannot say enough positive things about dealing with @Gear and the quality of the results. Had my brother- an actual illustrator- do the artwork, and he was genuinely surprised how well thought out the suggestions were for the art. The chips may be, um, below the general standard here, but the labels look great and elevate them.

I recently acquired a few more snappers to finish out a rack. 5 years after my first order with @Gear and @Wifey still had my original artwork. They are wonderful to work with.
