Your country is putting tariffs on our products, and has reduced your import de minimis exemption from $800 per shipment to $0.
Taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the importer, i.e. the customer.
We do not keep track of what any given country's import taxes and tariffs are, it is up to you to know what taxes your country is tacking on to imports.
This is all to encourage you to buy from the USA, we take zero offense to those who choose to buy American because of these additional costs.

As of January 2026 the average timing quote is:
Labels only - Up to 3 weeks once all details like artwork and target chip have been confirmed.
(Note we are taking the last two weeks of January off so that will be bumped to 5 weeks for a few weeks, then back down again)
Inlay Replacement - It depends on when your chips are in our hands. If your chips arrived today I would say 6-8 weeks before we can begin.
Chip Milling - It depends on when your chips are in our hands. If your chips arrived today I would say around 6-8 weeks before we can begin.

How Gear Labels handles the current tariff situation:
- We engage FedEx for US shipments because their service fees for customs brokerage are the most reasonable.
- FedEx pays the US government on your behalf, and sends you an invoice after delivery.
- If they don't get payment from the recipient after a certain amount of time (45-60 days) they instead bill us, the shipper.
- Again: Taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the importer, i.e. the customer.
