Tourney T20,000 starting breakdown (2 Viewers)

I just hosted my first T20000 tourney 9 players STT, I did a 16/16/6/5/2 with single rebuys (ended up with 7 rebuys or 75% rebuy).

My initial thoughts from the night… I’ll be switching to either 16/16/6/10/1 or 12/12/5/11/1 (using 5 more 1K chips and reducing the 5K chip to 1), I like the 16x of each lower denomination, makes for splashy pots.

I found that there were simply not enough 1K chips on the table to make change for the rebuys which I wanted to give 4x5k chips. I ended up doing 5x1k and 3x5k for the rebuys to get more 1K chips on the table. If not doing rebuys then you could easily do the 12/12/5/6/2 (or more preferably 12/12/5/11/1 if you can pull it off). I would never go 8/8/6/6 unless forced to, or having 3 tables.

Just my thoughts.

These are updated blinds from my game, the game ended around 4:30... was about 20-30 mins longer than some players liked I tweaked it a bit from my game, removing one level which forced me to increase %BB on some levels after lvl 9. the 20xBB ending is accurate, my game ended 1 lvl before 20xBB which I estimated using a 50% rebuy.
