I think I like that one the best (minus the spilled glass/cig). The faux kanji adds too much clutter with the word "dollars", and the denom is easily readable.

Yeah, I would use an easier to read font. When your label shrinks to 7/8", that text becomes mighty small.

I like the cigar in the 100, wouldn't add it to the other denominations, but it's fun to have it for the 'boss' chip.

I believe he's looking at oversized (43mm) ceramics. That gives him considerably more real estate.

Did anyone notice the flames coming out of the mouth on the quarter? I thought that was a little fun. The glass doesn't really go.

I was going to suggest a cigar as well, but since I've built multiple sets around a zombie chomping on a stogie I felt it was putting a little too much "Zombie" in your design.

I think I'll do a double sided dealer button, red on one side and green on the other. It'll be rare that a green chip ever hits the felt.
