I also have 240 solid red that aren't included, but they are somewhat wobbly (warped). I went through them and removed the ones that are more noticeably warped and the count comes out to 180. The stacks still wobble a little bit on a hard surface, but in over a year of playing with them on felt, nobody noticed.
I will offer the red to the buyer at a much discounted price. If the buyer doesn't want them, they will be for sale.
