I have a couple or now maybe just one setup of 100% plastic cellulose acetate Hoyle cards that I bought years ago as new old stock. They never warped and on the ones I have the back design is very cool. Unfortunately to me and our players they are quite thin and don't shuffle the greatest, plus mine are standard index. Anyway I can't wholeheartedly recommend them but for those who are curious these do not come up very often. Here are a couple examples from a current seller.

(These are actually 100% plastic despite description)

Need to check but the adress on the box is the same as KEM factory, ....I have to dig throug files

Very different texture than KEMs if its the same type that @upNdown mentioned. Very flexy and soft, too soft, but smooth. Tough to explain. Not bad cards, but not preferred for us. Plus pip font is slightly grainier than I would like.

How do they compare to Modiano or Fournier?
I don't like Modiano much, but these are the worst of the three. I have them as Fournier>>>>>>>>>Modiano>>>>>>These, and its not close.

Fournier is the stiffest, Modiano less so, and these feel fragile. They're slippery and the printing is poor.

Thanks for the reply.
I was recently very surprised by the Broken Arrow cards. 👍
