Shuffle tech repair time? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know the typical turn around time for a shuffle tech ST100 repair? Mine was jamming so I sent it in for repair. It’s been almost two weeks and haven’t heard anything or been able to get a reply from Chip. Thanks.

I'd recommend reaching out if it's been that long. Do you have confirmation that they've received it?
