Hi All,
I am having issues with my ST1000. It makes a loud ticking noise and the cards wont come back up to the top I tried doing a reset multiple times and nothing. Does anybody know how to repair this? I spoke with Shuffle Tech but they are backed up on repairs and am trying to get this up and running ASAP. Is my best bet just to wait it out until they are able to repair it? I also attached a video of my issue!

Thank you,
Nick Hernandez

If you open it up, there is a belt that brings the cards back up to the top. It has likely slipped off. I've seen this before. You can wedge something between the case and the belt to try to keep it in place. I never found a permanent solution but it worked fairly well.

Hey everyone,
I’m running into an issue with my Shuffle Tech shuffler and hoping someone here has seen this before.
It started with a hard clicking sound coming from the machine. I opened it up and noticed a buildup of lint/dust around the area near the rollers, so I cleaned out as much as I could.
After putting everything back together:
The tray moves up and down fine
The machine pushes the cards out of the tray

But the cards won’t feed back in
The rollers that should pull the cards back in don’t seem to move at all
So now I’m stuck where it ejects cards but won’t complete the shuffle.

I reached out to Shuffle Tech, sent them a video, and tried their suggested fix, but it didn’t solve the issue and I haven’t gotten much follow-up since.

At this point I’m trying to figure out:
Would this point more to a motor issue for the rollers?

If anyone has dealt with this or has experience with these machines, I’d really appreciate any direction before I decide to send it out for repair.

Thanks in advance 🙏
