Sitting at 2800ish

$1/ 3 PLO
In for $200

Sat in for about 6-7 hands; I only played 4 hands and won 3 all in about 20 min before tilt dude calls clock on me with a bet that would put me all in.
I fold, rack my chips and thank him for tripling me up. 🤣
(There's a bit more to the story but I'll leave it at that)

Out for $691

Where was this & please tell us the rest of the story :)

It's called Northside Events & Social Club, in Indianapolis.

I've never played there before and I'm not real social when I do go out to play (in hopes to stay neutral and make it harder for someone to get a read on me).

Suffice to say people do not know me in the poker community. So when the new guy sits down at the table with $200 and most everyone else has $1K stacks or more and the new guys wins the first two hands that are played you can imagine how pissed off they are.

I'll have to keep you in suspense until tomorrow, I'll finish then 🙂

Looks like it's new for 2025. This is all my seven year old wanted to do since Christmas.

$2-$3 $500 NLHE

AA held all in on turn with a semi-connected straight/flush draws out there to help dig me out of a hole:

Night not going great though. Missing draws, getting outdrawed etc.

Hand below, I run AJo into JJ to my left, player to my right has QQ on a J high rainbow flop. After $60 on flop bet 3 ways, two villains end up going all in on turn. Fairly easy fold, but always frustrating since it was the best hand I had for a couple of hours - but at least made the right fold:

Was really bummed out when they switched from the Paulson's to those, even though the Paulson's were really beat up. Shuffled like a dream.

Oceans was pretty good to me last few sessions. I’d say fairly equal balance of big multi-way’s paying off along with stealing decent sized heads up pots.

Found a pic of their Paulson days. They should have just replenished with new ones. Damn it.

Yeah, they feel like one step above dice. At least they stack like bricks, but zero affection for them, just purely functional.

I was going through old threads and thought these might have been the predecessor- but looks like it was another cardroom in the area since shutdown:

A playable set of those in good condition would be a dream come true! @NumisChip had recent mail day of the largest set I've seen from memory, but I would imagine there are larger sets out there.

Oh man, I remember seeing these online as well. It was another cardroom. Like @toothpic said, a playable set of those would be freakin amazing!!!!
