That game only runs Mondays. And I did have a session there where I lost 3k. The variance is going to be high because these guys are trying to play bingo preflop and just get it in

I ran very well the last two sessions, but this is also where a doofus raised 3456, then facing a shove to 150 and my limp repot my Aces to 450, he called off half his chips and spiked the 667 flop to crush my soul and start my big downswing in the 2nd half of February.

Hell, I lost a big pot at the Hard Rock to a one outer on Saturday too. Some days you're the fist, some days you're the face.

Know the feeling man. Some dude called my 4bet over another players 3 bet all in PF for $500 on Saturday night and then snap called my $500 flop jam on a 5c3c2d board with his 6c4c. Bug meet windshield...

It sounds like casino's are filled with a bunch of absolutely terrible PLO players. See, I know I suck so I limit my playing to PCF P* games :)
Casinos are full of players who are just looking for action, like a drug. Disciplined players will crush them...but take some rough beats along the way.

Much more than that, it seems like casinos are filled with absolutely horrible chips, either ceramics or plastics, or ultra-size labelled RHCs.
Kudos to fellow members who endure that shit :vomit:, in order to make some pocket money, or, even more importantly, a living:tup:

They do get disgusting and worn pretty quickly. But the place thet I occasionally play at has nicer RHCs, and they stack well. ;)

Anyone coming to Seattle should play at Fortune. It is poker only...I think they have 15 tables. 1/3 $300 max bet ($300 max buy) and 2/5 $300 max bet ($1000 max buy). It's not true NL, but plays similarly.
Beautiful!:)
Let me now revert to reading Harrington and saving some money for the trip :D

I was planning on checking that spot out during a visit later this month but my client decided it's a bad time for visitors. Maybe this summer if the virus subsides.

Pros are weird...

The lineup yesterday had a few really good players capable of putting me in tough spots deeper stacked and the lineup overall was less favorable

so I opted to minbuy to prevent them from putting me to difficult decisions and to give myself an opportunity to win 3-5x my stack when I get it in and the deeper stacks bet each other out, so I only need to beat 1 hand with dead money in the pot
