It is some non-malicious doubt from me, but I’m still new to this too. And maybe I’m wrong, so I’ll just drop this here and be on my way.

This is a scam advertisement. I’m leaving it up to raise awareness.

There are several red flags in their ad and replies (and what I can see behind the scenes) The scammer became a supporter using a likely stolen UK PayPal account. The transaction has been reversed and reported to PayPal.

They referenced an eBay account (which may also be compromised) to check their feedback. The eBay account is a US account with feedback only for buying.
