Here's hoping they find an uncovered cache of mint undamaged chips and checks in the rubble. (y)

2007 was my first trip to Vegas. I found that a guy that I knew from my home town was in Vegas as well. I met up with him and he told me how and an ol' timer we both knew from club games in our town was also in Vegas, so we all met up at the Riviera and played their $60 donkament, $1/$2 and then watched ol' timer run up a stack at the craps table. He cashed out a couple barrels of green. I swore the $25s had brass flakes in them as I recall them shimmering and it was the first time I saw a chip do that but I must be mistaken because I don't recall seeing brass flasks in any Paulson chips. Is that a thing?

Not brass, but some Paulson chips contain flakes (typically aluminum, and usually $25 and up) which they call flecking.
