I head up a local Cooperstown Consortium, where ~25 local baseball minds I know do a Hall of Fame balloting. We love to share our metrics for guys, and while people love to talk OPS or ERA+ or WAR, I talk about OSF ... Oh Sh!t Factor. Like, when I guy came to the plate it was "Oh sh!t, what are we gonna do with this guy" or a pitcher it'd be like "Oh sh!t, how we gonna get on base against this guy?"
Where Chipper Jones (Met and Phillies killer) probably led the league in OSF in the 2000s, Ryno led it in the mid 80s to late 90s.

Nothing but fond memories watching those Cubs games from the 80s. We didn’t have a MLB team in Denver growing (some would argue we still don’t  :ROFLMAO:), but the Cubs were always on WGN. Every summer we would visit my grandparents in Western Iowa. My grandfather was a huge Cubs fan. The game was always on at their place. It’s just part of the great memories I had of their place. RIP Ryno!!
