Rhodeman77’s cash games. Pics and stories (7 Viewers)

It is looking like Monday’s are going to be the new night for my game. Had a couple people text me early today asking if I was having a game Monday again. I sent out some texts this evening and already have a full table and a few people waiting!

If this keeps up I may not sell my TRK King’s Crown set after all!

Snow put a bit of a hamper on attendance, lost 2 players but the action is very good!

Had a guy try to bluff when I had the K high flush in PLO when I bet $50 and he raised to $200. Figured he would have bet the nut flush draw at some point so I called and he just mucks.

In for $300 and running over the game so far.

Do you ever get players who stop coming because you consistently crush your own hosted game?

Down to 5 players. Busted 2 when I flopped middle set and nut flush draw. Turn was bad giving one of them broadway but completed my flush on the river and I take down a $1k+ pot.

The high hand was a fun one too with multiple people passing each other. It is much more fun this way than when someone hits quads or a straight flush pretty early and it is most likely done.

The winning hand of KKK44 was the third lowest winning hand since we have run the promo.

Do the local casinos there run PLO games this action packed?

The local casino PLO game is the BIG game in Cleveland. It is a $1/2($5) game that plays much bigger than that.

Check some of my posts in the live stack thread.

My game is a nice in between game. It plays big for a $1/2 game but not quite a $2/5 game.

Hosting tip of the day. When using slow cookers to keep food warm, use oven bags to line the pots. Clean up is as simple as tossing the bags in the trash!!!

Dinner menu is pulled pork and chicken and nacho cheese dip for nachos or sandwiches.

Also hotdogs on the roller.

Down $600 in less than an hour. First big pot I lose to a 5 outer. Flop middle pair, flush draw, and broadway wrap. Bet it, he calls, turn broadway and Aces up and bet pot and he calls.

River pairs the King and he shoves all in. I fold. He shows AKJx. Flopped top two, turned 3 pair and couldn’t get away from it. Oh well.

Next one buy in was even more dirty. Flop broadway with an open-ended straight flush draw. Bet it on the flop and turn and he calls. River pairs the board and he checks to me and I check behind.

He flopped 2 pair called all the way and rivered the boat.

I look at it as investment in both players. I don’t see them holding onto it all night.

I love how the Claim Stakes and Paris chips look together!

Game should have ended at 1:30 but once again someone wanted to play me heads up. He lost the $150 he had left in his stack and another $140 of the $300 he rebought with. I called the game at 3am.

In for $900, out for a little over $1200.
