Rhodeman77’s cash games. Pics and stories (2 Viewers)

The flooring is about 90% done. The bathroom is the only real area left. Staining the 1/4 round, cleaning everything, and setting the room back up is the majority of what’s left to do.

Bathroom is done now, huge upgrade!! It took longer than expected so the staining didn’t get done. The risers of the steps and the staining are all that is left. Once the kids get to bed I’ll start setting up the room again. Thinking of changing the layout too but the lighting will determine if that is possible.

Have 7 players confirmed with 3 more that may or may not show up for tomorrow’s game. Using the Cancun Casino chips again this week.

Just finished getting the room back together.

I’m so jealous can’t wait to get a poker room inside my house, the garage works for now

For established games like this, are you constantly churning new people or is the same list of regulars?

id imagine, i run a weekly game that have regs and a list 30 deep to pull from for a single table

I have a pool of about 60 players. I text 30-40 each week. I start out with the top 15 that play the most often then try to fill in from there. It takes a few hour each week to set up.

Forgot to take many pictures. Random one pic and last 3 stacks for the night. I was up about $900 when we got to 4 handed. But I got caught trying to rep the hand that called me and also called a couple of hands I thought were bluffs, but weren’t. Ended up winning $550. Jen in the pic was the big winner at just over $1k.

I won the high hand with the lowest hand to date, 5’s full of 9’s. It was only the second full house of the night, beating me previous one of 4’s full of 3’s.

8 handed was pretty boring to me. Game was slower. Had to play tighter. I was happy when we got to 5 and then 4 handed. Also having the NFL game on didn’t help with the pace.

Getting the basement cleaned up from the tornado that is my children from this past weekend for tomorrow’s game.

Expecting 7 maybe 8 players. Putting the PCA’s in play for the first time since I traded half of the set. It is kind of a test run for the set to see if it is big enough to handle the game still. It makes me a little nervous only having $4500 in $5 & $25 chips before I need to break out the $100 chips.

What was the trade for?

For 600 of these TRK Kings Crown chips.
I have since added to the set to make it more playable for my game. Sadly I haven’t added any PCA’s to fill it back out. I really would like one more rack each of $5’s and $25’s but don’t want to spend $800 on them.

I just broke the game. First hand of 3 handed action and we had the craziest cooler I can think of here.

Button has on the $5 straddle, blinds both call and the button makes it $20 to go. Blinds both call. Flop is pretty good for me I’d say lol. Checks around on the flop and turn. River the SB bets $35, I raise to $125 and the button shoves all-in. SB takes a while but eventually goes all in. I call and take down a very nice pot!

Forgot to mention @gadgetmcnasty was the poor bastard to catch the Jack on the river.

Gotta love flopp’n da nutzzzz

Not that I’m complaining, because the more pots he wins the more pron threads I get to view

And to have the case Q and no worries of a rare river cooler

I was actually sad that a Q came off on the turn because I had one figuring that I couldn’t get any action. But it did put a second spade on the board which did come in on the river. I thought one of them rivered a flush. I thought about just calling the BB river bet hoping to induce a call from the Button if he had a flush. Obviously with the actual hands I’m pretty sure all the money was getting in either way.

You can ignore my question about the action in the Home Game Pics thread. Now I understand why JJ was still in there. :D

Moved my game to Monday night this week. Hoping to get some of the local casino dealers to play in the game that were playing in another game on Mondays but that host moved to Vegas.

Putting the mixed set in play for the first time. The Cancun $1’s are a substitute for now until the Paris $1’s a friend is gathering for me arrive.

Played 3 handed until 1:15. I thought we were done but my old buddy TK wanted to play heads up. I almost felt bad enough for him to say no. He took his $900 stack down to $350 ish before I gave $150 or so back in the last few hands. The entire time he is bitching about how do I keep making all these hands. He just refuses to fold!!! I would bet flop with a big draw or made hand, get there on the turn or river and bet all 3 streets. He would call me down with 1 pair hands lol.

Final stack, in for $600.
