Hello! Apologies if this is the wrong category for this topic, please let me know if so. I just found this forum and I've gone down a few of the interesting threads here on RFID tech in poker tables. I'm working on a DIY option for my own home games so that I can transmit real time chip data between the live game and other players who are interacting virtually. My question pertains to RFID range capabilities and poker chip reading. Is there anyone here who has gone down this path and found the best RFID reader solution to read a stack of chips placed near the center of the table? Maybe something with a range of around 10 inches from the center to create a diameter of 20 inches of readable area and a chip stack 10 inches high? I'm pretty new to RFID technology and the latest tech, so hoping someone who has been more immersed in this topic can provide a starting point. Thanks for any advice.
