Question about Resort at Summerlin $1 Red chip (1 Viewer)

Hello, I just have a question about this chip I found in my collection. Its a $1 Red resort at summerlin chip, from everything I searched this chip doesn't exist only the whitevariant does. Can anyone shed light on this? Many thanks!

Only thing that would make sense is someone took this chip or something similar to create that fake chip. The Resort at Summerlin never use TriClub chips.

Looking closely at the photo, it does look like a label on top.

A photo outside of the plastic sleeve might help, but in the lighting from the side here, I can almost see that it stands up compared to the chip surface.

Definitely not an original label, someone put that over another label

Appreciate the feedback. I looked at the label under a magnifier and noted that the label is slightly raised although there is no apparent additional label under it. Curious why would someone fake a chip from such a low value chip location... Resort at Summerlin.
