Chip Manufacturer ID wanted. Tuscany F-1 chips, and New Circus Circus $1 chips. "N" (2 Viewers)

I have noticed that the $5 and $25 F-1 commemorative chips from the Tuscany Casino, Las Vegas, and the new $1 chips at Circus Circus, Las Vegas, have a manufacturer code of the capital letter "N". Does anyone here know who the manufacturer is? Last time O posted a similar question on another unknown to me ID, I great support! Thanks.

That's depressing, the Circus Circus $1 chips use to be great, those suck.

looks extremely similar to these chips, if they are the same manufacterer i believe they are chipcos.

note, i'm not 100% certain, but i am pretty sure.
this same casino has previously used 'palm beach imports' now owned by 'ABC gifts and awards' for chips in the past. although completely different style, still possible it could be them.
